Lemonade Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Sugar
    2 Cups
  • Water
    1 Cups
    hot
  • Lemon juice
    2 Cups
    fresh
  • Cold water
    1 Gallons
  • Lemon
    1
    sliced
  • Mint
    for garnishing

Preparation mode:

1) Place sugar and hot water in container (1 gallon).
2) Stir the mixture well until the sugar gets well dissolved.
3) Add lemon juice and cold water in the mixture.
4) Stir the mixture until the ingredients are well dissolved.
5) Place ice in glasses and pour the drink in the glasses.
6) Squeeze a slice of lemon on top of each glass.
7) Use mint sprigs to garnish the juice.

Hazelnut Coffee Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Hot Coffee
    3 Cups
    brewed
  • Brown Sugar

    packed

  • Half-and-half

  • Hazelnut liqueur
    1/4 Cups
  • Whipped cream
    for garnishing
  • Espresso powder

Preparation mode:

1) Place coffee, butter, and brown sugar in a saucepan and mix the ingredients well.

3) Heat the mixture until the sugar gets well-mixed in the mixture.
4) Add cream and stir well again.

Apple juice recipe

Preparation mode:

1) Wash the apples and peel them off.
2) Chop the apples into small pieces and place the pieces in a microwave bowl.
3) Add water and sugar in the bowl and cover it with a lid.
4) Place the bowl in the microwave oven and turn it on for about 10 minutes.
5) Take out the bowl from the oven and mash the apples a bit.
6) Transfer the mashed apples to the blend and puree them well until they become smooth.
7) Transfer the puree into an airtight container and place the container in a fridge.
8) Add 2 to 3 ice cubes in a glass.
9) Pour the apple mixture in the glass (fill about 1/3 of glass).
10) Add water to fill the glass.

Fruit punch recipe

Ingredients:

  • Orange juice
    6 Ounces
    thawed
  • Lemon juice
    6 Ounces
    thawed
  • Pineapple juice
    48 Ounces
  • Water
    3 Cups
  • Sugar
    3 Cups
  • Strawberries
    2 Pints
  • Lime Soda
    1 Liters

Preparation mode:

1) Pour orange juice in a bowl and add pineapple juice to it.
2) Stir the juices well and then add lemonade to the mixture.
3) Stir well again.
4) Add 3 cups of water in a saucepan.
5) Add sugar in the saucepan and bring it to boil over medium heat.
6) Boil the mixture for about 5 minutes so that the sugar gets well-dissolved.
7) Allow the sugar mixture to cool down.
8) Add the mixture to the fruit juices.
9) Place the strawberries in a ring mold.
10) Pour the fruit juice in the mold and place the mold in the freezer. Place the remaining juice in the refrigerator.
11) Pour the juice in a punch bowl.
12) Add soda to the bowl and place the strawberry ring in the punch.

Cold coffee recipe

Ingredients:

  • Instant coffee
    1 Tablespoons
  • Warm Water
    62.5 Milliliters
  • Sugar
    4 Tablespoons
  • Milk
    500 Milliliters

Preparation mode:

1) Place instant coffee (1tbsp.), sugar (3 tbsp.), and warm water (1/4 cup) in a blender. Blend the ingredients well.
2) Blend the ingredients again for about 60 seconds so that the mixture becomes foamy and becomes a bit light in color.
3) Add ice cubes (6) to the blender.
4) Add 2 cups of chilled milk (150 ml) to the mixture.
5) Blend again so that all the ingredients are well mixed and the drink becomes foamy from the top.
6) Transfer the drink to glasses and serve immediately.

A creamy and foamy drink, cold coffee is sure to make your evening a very special one indeed. I tried to devise a recipe which makes coffee very similar to the one sold in the market. If you are using low-fat milk or skimmed milk in the recipe, only add 3 tbsp. of water instead of quarter a cup of it. Moreover, if you want to have a thick drink, only add 2 ice cubes in the blender. Adjust the sugar level according to your taste.

Black Coffee Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Coffee Powder
    4 Tablespoons
  • Water
    according to the number of coffee cups
  • Sugar
    to taste
  • Cinnamon
    4 Cloves

Preparation mode:

1) Pour some water in a tin and bring the tin over medium heat. (The amount of water will depend on how many cups of coffee you are going to make).
2) Heat the tin until the water starts to boil.
3) Add cinnamon cloves to the water (3-4).
4) Allow the mixture to boil for about 60 seconds.
5) Add the coffee powder to the saucepan.
6) Allow the saucepan to be on heat for another 4 minutes, so that the mixture turns brownish black in color.
7) Add sugar to the mixture and remove the saucepan from heat.
8) Strain the mixture using a sieve and transfer it to a mug.
9) Serve the coffee hot.

This recipe is quite simple and easy-to-make, so you can not only try this at home, but can also give it a try at your workplace. The ingredients are easily available in the market too. The coffee gives you a wake-for-night permit, and you will certainly enjoy working or studying after a cup of this hot drink. You may increase the amount of sugar in the coffee, but I would suggest adding just a little of it, so that you are able to enjoy the real flavor of black coffee. Cappuccino recipe

Ingredients:

  • Water
    8 Ounces
  • Espresso ground coffee
    1/4 Cups
  • Milk
    8 Ounces
  • Sugar
    to taste
    optional

Preparation mode:

1) Pour water into the lower chamber of the espresso pot.
2) Place coffee in the filter basket, which is placed over the water.
3) Place it on the burner (medium heat) for about 2 minutes.
4) Once it is boiled, remove the burner from heat. Once all the water has boiled, you are done with it.
5) Pour milk in a coffee mug (16-ounces) and put it in a microwave oven so that the milk gets heated. Do not allow the milk to bubble while heating.
6) Hold a small whisk between your palms and put the whisk in the hot milk.
7) Swirl the milk well for about 20 minutes so that some foam appears on top.
8) Transfer the coffee into mug.
9) Add sugar according to your taste and serve.

Orange juice Recipe

Preparation mode:

1) Peel the oranges.
2) Cut the oranges into small pieces, 1-inch each.
3) Remove all the seeds from the fruit.

5) Turn off the blender and add half a glass of water if the juice is too dry.
6) Taste a bit of it and add a bit of honey or sugar too, if required.

Pineapple juice recipe

Preparation mode:

1) Peel off the pineapples first.
2) Then chop the fruit into small pieces.
3) Place the pieces in a blender jar.

5) Add 1 cup of water. (Skip this step if you want a concentrated juice).

Making this juice is very easy but you have to be quite patient as far as peeling and chopping the fruit is concerned. Do not forget to add the core of the fruit in the juice, as it has bromelain in it, which is believed to have a number of health benefits. The juice is a great source of Vitamin C, which will help you stay energetic the whole day, so try adding it in your breakfast. You may alter the sugar content according to your taste. I would suggest you make it sugar-free.

Plum juice recipe

Ingredients:

  • Plums
    2
  • Water
    1 Cups
  • Sugar
    4 Tablespoons

Preparation mode:

1) Wash the plums and pit them.
2) Chop the fruit into small pieces but do not peel them off.
3) Pour water in a saucepan and add sugar to it.
4) Bring the saucepan to heat and boil the water until the sugar gets dissolved.
5) Add the fruit in the saucepan and heat it for about 8 minutes.
6) Mash the fruit pieces light so that the juice is extracted from them.
7) Remove the saucepan from heat.
8) Pass the mixture through a fine mesh to sieve it well. Make sure there is no plum in the strained mixture.
9) Add a cup of cold water to the juice.
Chill the juice and serve.

Vegan Black Bean Soup

Ingredients:

  • Black Beans
    15 Ounces
    4 Cans
  • Crushed Tomatoes
    14.5 Ounces
  • Whole Kernel Corn
    15 Ounces
  • Chopped Onion
    1
  • Chopped Celery
    1
  • Chopped Carrots
    2
  • Olive Oil
    1 Tablespoons
  • Ground Cumin
    1 Tablespoons
  • Chili Powder
    2 Tablespoons
  • Black Pepper
    1 Pinch
  • Garlic
    4 Cloves

Preparation mode:

1) In large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook onion, garlic, carrots and celery in it for 5 minutes.
2) Season it with black pepper, chili powder and cumin and cook for 1 minute.
3) Stir in 2 cans of beans, vegetable broth and kernel corn and boil all of them.
4) In a food processor or blender, process tomatoes and remaining cans of beans and stir in the mixture in soup.
5) Reduce the heat and simmer it for 15 minutes and serve the soup with bread or salad.

Four Cheese Macaroni

Ingredients:

  • Elbow Macaroni
    16 Ounces
  • Cubed Processed Cheese Food
    8 Ounces
  • Butter
    9 Tablespoons
  • Vegetable Oil
    1 Tablespoons
  • Salt
    1/4 Teaspoons
  • Ground Black Pepper
    1/8 Teaspoons
  • Shredded Muenster Cheese
    1/2 Cups
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1/2 Cups
  • Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheeses
    1/2 Cups
  • Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
    1/2 Cups
  • Half-and-Half
    1 1/2 Cups
  • Beaten Eggs
    2

Preparation mode:

1) Boil lightly salted water into a large pot and put oil and pasta into the water and cook for 8 to 10 minutes and return it to cooking pot after good drainage.
2) Over medium heat melt 8 tablespoon butter in saucepan and then stir into the macaroni
3) Mix shredded sharp cheddar cheese, shredded Monterey jack cheese, shredded cheddar cheese and Muenster cheese in a large bowl.
4) Preheat the oven up to 350 F (175 C) degrees.
5) Add eggs, half-and-half, 1 ½ cup of cheese mixture and cubed processed cheese food into macaroni. Mix them well and then sprinkle salt and pepper. Put the mixture in a quart casserole dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese mixture and butter.
6) Bake it in oven for 35 minutes until it bubbles around the edges and then serve this delicious recipe.

Lemon Cream Pasta with Chicken

  • Heavy Cream

Preparation mode:

1) Preheat the oven up to 175 Degrees C (350 Degrees F) and in a slightly greased baking dish place chicken breasts.
2) Pinch lemon on both sides of chicken breasts and also sprinkle both sides with 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and 3/4 black pepper and bake chicken for 40 minutes or until all juices run clear.
3) In a large saucepan, season chicken broth with remaining 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder and bring to boil.
4) Add pasta and lemon juice, and cook over medium heat for 25 minutes until liquid absorbed.

Pesto Pasta with Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Bow Tie Pasta
    16 Ounces
  • Boneless Chicken
    2
    Breasts, Cut into Bite-Size Pieces
  • Olive Oil
    1 Teaspoons
  • Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
    Just for Taste
  • Minced Garlic
    2 Cloves
  • Oil-Packed Dried Tomatoes
    1/3 Cups
    Cut into Pieces

Preparation mode:

1) In a large pot, cook bow tie pasta into slightly slated water for 10 minutes or until it becomes soft.
2) In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until it gets tender.
3) Stir in chicken breasts and red pepper flakes until it gets evenly brown.
4) Mix tomatoes, pasta, chicken and pesto in a large bowl and coat it evenly and serve it with breads and salad.

Old-Fashioned Lemon Bars

Ingredients:

  • All-Purpose Flour
    2 Cups
  • Packed Brown Sugar
    1 1/2 Cups
  • Raisins
    1 Cups
  • Shortening
    3/4 Cups
  • Fresh Lemon Juice
    3 Tablespoons
  • Lemon Zest
    3 Tablespoons
  • Baking Soda
    1 Teaspoons
  • Ground Cinnamon
    1 Teaspoons
  • Ground Nutmeg
    1/2 Teaspoons
  • Salt
    1/2 Teaspoons
  • Eggs
    2

Preparation mode:

1) Preheat the oven up to 175 Degrees C (350 Degrees F) and prepare 9 inch square baking pan with grease.
2) In a medium bowl, mix together 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon and ground nutmeg.
3) In another large bowl cream together packed brown sugar and shortening. Beat in both eggs one by one.
4) Add lemon zest and fresh lemon juice and stir in dry ingredients. Blend well and then add raisins.
5) Transfer the batter into prepared pan evenly and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until lightly colored.
6) Let the crust cool in pan on wire racks and drizzle with confectioner sugar icing or with whipped cream.
7) Top with mint, sliced strawberries, sliced lemons and cut the crust into medium bars.
