Four Cheese Macaroni

Ingredients:

  • Elbow Macaroni
    16 Ounces
  • Cubed Processed Cheese Food
    8 Ounces
  • Butter
    9 Tablespoons
  • Vegetable Oil
    1 Tablespoons
  • Salt
    1/4 Teaspoons
  • Ground Black Pepper
    1/8 Teaspoons
  • Shredded Muenster Cheese
    1/2 Cups
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1/2 Cups
  • Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheeses
    1/2 Cups
  • Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
    1/2 Cups
  • Half-and-Half
    1 1/2 Cups
  • Beaten Eggs
    2

Preparation mode:

1) Boil lightly salted water into a large pot and put oil and pasta into the water and cook for 8 to 10 minutes and return it to cooking pot after good drainage.
2) Over medium heat melt 8 tablespoon butter in saucepan and then stir into the macaroni
3) Mix shredded sharp cheddar cheese, shredded Monterey jack cheese, shredded cheddar cheese and Muenster cheese in a large bowl.
4) Preheat the oven up to 350 F (175 C) degrees.
5) Add eggs, half-and-half, 1 ½ cup of cheese mixture and cubed processed cheese food into macaroni. Mix them well and then sprinkle salt and pepper. Put the mixture in a quart casserole dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese mixture and butter.
6) Bake it in oven for 35 minutes until it bubbles around the edges and then serve this delicious recipe.
