Ingredients:
- Hot Coffee3 Cupsbrewed
- Brown Sugar1/2 Cupspacked
- Butter2 Tablespoons
- Half-and-half3/4 Cups
- Hazelnut liqueur1/4 Cups
- Whipped creamfor garnishing
- Espresso powderfor dusting
Preparation mode:
1) Place coffee, butter, and brown sugar in a saucepan and mix the ingredients well.
2) Bring the saucepan over medium heat and stir the ingredients well.
3) Heat the mixture until the sugar gets well-mixed in the mixture.
4) Add cream and stir well again.
5) Heat the mixture thoroughly.
6) Remove the saucepan from heat and add hazelnut liqueur to it.
7) Mix well again.
8) Pour the mixture into mugs.
9) Use whipped cream to garnish the drink.
10) Sprinkle some espresso powder on it too.
