Why chicken is a part of most of the dishes?

Well, if you check the menu of most of the restaurants in your vicinity, you will be able to see that most of the dishes include chicken as the main ingredient. Sandwiches, burgers, pasta, soups, pizzas salads, everything contains chicken.
Some of the reasons that chicken is so widely used that it is not too expensive, it is easily available, and is easy to handle too.
Another good reason for such versatility is that it is quite mild, which means that it can be added in any dish easily, as it gets flavor of anything which is made with it. Although it is true that many other meats have a great taste, but they have their own unique flavor which doesn’t mingle easily with the food that is cooked with it.
For instance, if you cook lamb taco, you will notice that its taste is substantially different from chicken taco, because chicken adds meatiness to the dish and doesn’t erode the original flavor of the ingredients.
This is the reason that chicken is so widely cooked in most of the recipes.

Chicken entails safety hazards along with it, as raw chicken is believed to spread salmonella and other such bacteria. Such organisms can cause severe health issues, which mean that you need to handle the meat properly. Here are some tips which you must practice while handling chicken.
• Make sure you wash your hands well with an antiseptic soap before you enter the kitchen.
• Clean the chicken well before putting it on heat. Clean the kitchen surfaces well with cleansers and hot water.
• Cook the meat properly, which will make sure that all the bacteria are killed. No pink color should be there in the meat.
Handling chicken in proper way is very important in order to prevent the risk of several diseases.
