Plum juice recipe

Ingredients:

  • Plums
    2
  • Water
    1 Cups
  • Sugar
    4 Tablespoons

Preparation mode:

1) Wash the plums and pit them.
2) Chop the fruit into small pieces but do not peel them off.
3) Pour water in a saucepan and add sugar to it.
4) Bring the saucepan to heat and boil the water until the sugar gets dissolved.
5) Add the fruit in the saucepan and heat it for about 8 minutes.
6) Mash the fruit pieces light so that the juice is extracted from them.
7) Remove the saucepan from heat.
8) Pass the mixture through a fine mesh to sieve it well. Make sure there is no plum in the strained mixture.
9) Add a cup of cold water to the juice.
Chill the juice and serve.
