Ingredients:
- All-Purpose Flour1 1/2 Cups
- Peanut Butter1 Cups
- Quick-Cooking Oats1 Cups
- Packed Brown Sugar1 Cups
- Shortening1/2 Cups
- Margarine, Softened1/2 Cups
- White Sugar3/4 Cups
- Eggs2
- Baking Soda2 Teaspoons
- Salt1 Teaspoons
Preparation mode:
1) Preheat the oven up to 175 Degrees C (350 Degrees F).
2) Cream together peanut butter, margarine, shortening, white sugar, brown sugar in a large beat until smooth.
3) Beat in the eggs one by one until blended nicely and in another bowl, combine the baking soda, salt and all-purpose flour.
4) Stir the mixture of dry ingredients into the creamed mixture and mix in quick-cooking oats. On ungreased cookie sheets drop the mixture by teaspoonfuls.
5) Bake the mixture in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes until cookies turn light brown. Let it cool for half an hour in airtight container.
