Ingredients:
- Portobello Mushroom Caps4
- Provolone Cheese1 Ounces4 Slices
- Balsamic Vinegar1/4 Cups
- Olive Oil2 Tablespoons
- Minced Garlic1 Tablespoons
- Dried Basil1 Teaspoons
- Dried Oregano1 Teaspoons
- Salt & PepperAccording to Taste
Preparation mode:
1) Preheat the grill on medium-high heat and in a shallow dish place mushrooms caps on smooth side up.
2) Whisk together 1/4 cup vinegar, olive oil, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, dried basil, oregano, salt and pepper in a small bowl, and pour over mushrooms.
3) Turn twice and let stand for 15 minutes at room temperature.
4) Brush the grate of the grill with oil and place mushrooms on it. Reserve marinade for basting.
5) Grill the mushrooms on each side for 6 to 8 minutes until tender and frequently brush with marinade.
6) During last 2 minutes top with cheese and serve.
