The Best Lemon Bars

Ingredients:

  • Lemons, Juiced
    2
  • All-Purpose Flour
    2 Cups
  • White Sugar
    1 1/2 Cups
  • Butter, Softened
    1 Cups
  • White Sugar
    1/2 Cups
  • All-Purpose Flour
    1/4 Cups
  • Eggs
    4

Preparation mode:

1) Preheat the oven up to 175 Degrees C (350 Degrees F) and blend together 2 cups all-purpose flour, 1 cup butter, 1/2 cup white sugar in a bowl.
2) Transfer the butter mixture into the bottom of 9*3 inch baking pan and bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until it turned firm and golden brown.
3) In another bowl, mix together remaining 1/4 cup all-purpose flour and 1 1/2 cup white sugar. Beat in eggs one by one and lemon juice.
4) Pour the lemon mixture over baked crust and again bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes until crust is firm.
5) Once the pan is cooled, cut the crust into 2 inch square bars and serve.

Strawberry Tapioca Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Water
    1 1/2 Cups
  • Fresh Strawberries
    1/2 Cups
    Hulled & Halved
  • Quick-Cooking Tapioca
    1/4 Cups

Preparation mode:

1) Blend fresh strawberries with water in food processor or blender until sauce becomes smooth.
2) Pour the sauce in a saucepan and stir in quick-cooking tapioca. Let stand for 10 minutes and then over medium heat bring to a boil.
3) Stirring frequently and when the sauce is thick remove from heat.
4) Transfer the sauce into serving dish, top with strawberries and serve.

Pretzel Turtles

Ingredients:

  • Small Mini Pretzels

  • Chocolate Covered Caramel Candies

  • Pecan Halves

Preparation mode:

1) Preheat the oven up to 150 Degrees C (300 Degrees F).
2) On parchment lined cookie sheet arrange mini pretzel in a single layer.
3) Place one caramel candy on every pretzel.
4) Bake the pretzel turtles in preheated oven for 4 minutes and press pecan halves on each candy pretzel while it is warm.
5) Let the candies cool completely before serving.

Preparation mode:

2) In another bowl, mix white sugar, 1/2 cup butter, pumpkin, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and egg. Beat well until it gets creamy and then add flour mixture.

The Best Banana Pudding

Preparation mode:

1) Preheat the oven to 350 F.
2) Use butter to lightly grease 2 round cake pans (8-inch). Use parchment paper to line the bottom of the pans (do cut out the paper well according to the size of the pan).
3) Once done, flour the pans lightly. You may also use cocoa powder to dust the pans in case you are short of cocoa powder.
4) Place sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, kosher salt, and baking soda in a mixing bowl of large size.
5) Mix the ingredients well using an electric mixer until the ingredients are well incorporated.
6) Place well shaken buttermilk, eggs, vanilla, and vegetable oil in a small sized bowl.
7) Mix the ingredients well until the mixture becomes evenly combined.
8) Using an electric mixer or a hand held mixer, add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients on low speed (batter must be quite thick by now).
9) Keeping the mixture on low speed, add coffee in it and mix it until it becomes well combined. Do scrape the bottom of the bowl while you add coffee in the mixture (the batter must be thin by now).
10) Bake it in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes or until a wooden pick poked in the center of the cake comes out clean (you may also press your finger generously on the center of the cake and see if it puffs pack on its own).
11) Allow the cakes to cool for about half an hour.
12) Transfer the cake to a cooling pack and allow it to cool completely.
Frosting:
13) Place confectioners’ sugar in a large bowl and sift it well. Set it aside once done.
14) Place cream cheese and butter in a bowl and beat it well until the ingredients are well incorporated.
15) Add vanilla (2 tsp.) and then add confectioners’ sugar according to your desire.
Assembling:
1) Place a layer of cake on a cake pedestal.
2) Spread the frosting on top of the cake using a spatula or frosting knife.
3) Spread the frosting on sides of the cake.
4) Place the second layer on top of the first.
5) Apply the frosting equally on all sides of the cake and make a decent fluffy layer on top of the cake (you may also warm the spatula under hot water and then wipe it dry. This will allow you to smooth the cake sides).

Preparation mode:

  • Oregano

  • Cajun Seasoning

  • Trout Fillets
    4 of 4 ounce each

Preparation mode:

Steps to make Wasabi Trout Recipe:
1) Prepare the baking oven and flame it up to the 225 degree Celsius mark.
2) Layer a baking dish with aluminium foil and coat the inside of the foil with olive oil.
3) Take a bowl and mix together oregano, black pepper, garlic, wasabi paste, olive oil and soy sauce.
4) Make a diagonal cut across each fish piece. Coat the fish with the prepared bowl mixture.
5) Fill the cuts with the mixture and also top with more mixture.
6) Sprinkle Cajun and bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven.

  • Romano Cheese

  • Canned Garbanzo Beans

Preparation mode:

Steps to make Tuna Italiano Recipe:
1) Take a non stick skillet and heat olive oil in it over moderate flame.
2) Add garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
3) Add onion and pour in water. Stir fry until the onion is soft and tender.
4) Add olives, garlic salt, pepper, beans and tuna with oil.
5) Turn the flame down to moderate low and cover the skillet. Leave to simmer.
6) Meanwhile fill a stock pot with slightly salted water and bring to a boil over high flame.
7) Add pasta in the boiling water and boil over moderate high flame for 12 minutes. Drain well.
8) Mix the boiled pasta with the prepared tuna mixture.

Steps to make Tarragon Tuna Steaks Recipe:
1) Take a bowl and whisk together garlic, tarragon vinegar, dried tarragon and black pepper.

Steps to make Minted Salmon Recipe:
1) Prepare the outdoor grill and heat it up to moderate high.
2) Set up the grill rack 6 inches from the heat source.
3) Add parsley, mint, garlic, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper to a food blender.
4) Blend until a smooth puree forms.
5) Add the Salmon fillets to a large bowl. Top with the prepared puree. Leave aside for 5 minutes.
6) Slightly grease the grill grate and place the marinated salmon on it. Grill each side for 3 minutes.
7) To serve, coat the grilled fillets with butter and garnish with mint and lemon slices.

This Minted Salmon Recipe is one of my favorite fish meals! Honestly, this is like no other Salmon dish, so unique and flavorful in its own way. This can be pan fried or simple grilled depending on your mood. Super meal, prepared and cooked in just under half an hour. Enjoy folks!
