Minted Salmon Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Fresh Mint
    1 Bunch
  • Parsley
    1 Bunch
  • Lemon Juice
    1/2 Cups
  • Garlic
    4 Cloves
    Chopped
  • Honey
    2 Tablespoons
  • Olive Oil
    2 Tablespoons
  • Salt and Pepper
    To Taste
  • Butter
    2 Tablespoons
  • Lemon Slices
    1 Lemon
  • Mint for garnishing
    4 sprigs
  • Salmon Fillets
    4 of 6 ounce each

Preparation mode:

Steps to make Minted Salmon Recipe:
1) Prepare the outdoor grill and heat it up to moderate high.
2) Set up the grill rack 6 inches from the heat source.
3) Add parsley, mint, garlic, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper to a food blender.
4) Blend until a smooth puree forms.
5) Add the Salmon fillets to a large bowl. Top with the prepared puree. Leave aside for 5 minutes.
6) Slightly grease the grill grate and place the marinated salmon on it. Grill each side for 3 minutes.
7) To serve, coat the grilled fillets with butter and garnish with mint and lemon slices.

This Minted Salmon Recipe is one of my favorite fish meals! Honestly, this is like no other Salmon dish, so unique and flavorful in its own way. This can be pan fried or simple grilled depending on your mood. Super meal, prepared and cooked in just under half an hour. Enjoy folks!
