Wasabi Yellowfin Tuna Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Low Fat Mayonnaise
    2 Tablespoons
  • Wasabi Paste
    1.5 Teaspoons
  • Chinese Five Spice Powder
    1 Teaspoons
  • Soy Sauce
    1 Tablespoons
  • Yellowfin TUna Fillets
    4 of 6 ounce each
  • Rice Vinegar
    1 Tablespoons
  • Sesame Seeds
    2 Tablespoons
    Toasted
  • Soy Sauce
    1 Tablespoons

Preparation mode:

Steps to make Wasabi Yellowfin Tuna Recipe:
1) Take a bowl and mix together five spice, wasabi paste, mayonnaise and a tablespoon of soy sauce.
2) Set up the tuna fillets on a baking dish.
3) Top the tuna with a tablespoon of soy sauce and rice vinegar.
4) Add the prepared bowl mayonnaise mixture on the sides of the fish. Cover the dish and keep in the refrigerator for half hour.
5) Heat up a slightly greased skillet over mdoerate flame.
6) Coat the fish with sesame seeds. Add to the hot skillet and fry for a couple minutes on either side. Serve!
