Lobster de Jonghe Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Lobster Meat
    24 Ounces
    Pre Cooked and Cubed
  • Green Onion
    2 Tablespoons
    Sliced
  • Bread Crumbs
    1/2 Cups
  • Lemon Juice
    1 Tablespoons
  • Butter
    3/4 Cups
  • Parmesan Cheese
    1/2 Cups
    Grated

Preparation mode:

Steps to make Lobster de Jonghe Recipe:
1) Prepare the baking oven and flame it up to the 180 degree Celsius mark.
2) Take a bowl and toss together lemon juice, 1/4 cup maragarine, green onions, bread crumbs and cheese.
3) Now place the lobster on ramekins ( you will need 6 ramekins) .
4) Top the lobster with 1/2 cup margarine and the prepared bread crumbs mixture.
5) Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes time or until brown from the top.

One of my favorite seafood meals, my wife also enjoys it a lot! This delicious Lobster de Jonghe Recipe dish features lobsters coated in a wonderful bread crumb batter! Yummy meal! Also very quick and easy to make! Barely takes just over half hour to cook! Must learn dish if you have got a busy routine and love seafood!
