Spaghetti and Clams Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti Pasta
    1/2 Pounds
  • Onion
    1/2 Cups
    Chopped
  • Butter
    1/4 Cups
  • Garlic
    3 Cloves
    Chopped
  • Canned Clams
    16 Ounces
    Chopped
  • Parsley
    1/4 Cups
    Chopped
  • Olive Oil
    2 Tablespoons
  • Parmesan Cheese
    Grated
  • Water

Preparation mode:

Steps to make Spaghetti and Clams Recipe:
1) Boil the spaghetti pasta in slightly salted water for 12 minutes. Drain and leave aside to let cool.
2) Heat up butter in a skillet over moderate low flame.
3) Add in garlic and onion. Stir fry for about 5 minutes time.
4) Add in the clams. Stir fry for 3 minutes or until just brown.
5) Mix in the reserved clam juice mix, followed by parsley and olive oil.
6) Turn the flame to moderate high and bring the skillet mixture to boil.
7) Bring the a simmer and cover over moderate flame. Leave to cook for 15 minutes.
8) Serve the cooked mixture over boiled pasta. Top with Parmesan Cheese to if wanted!

A very simple and outstandingly tasty seafood meal, this Spaghetti and Clams Recipe. Try making this for your kids if they dont like seafood. The trick worked at my place and now everybody cant have enough of it. A wonderful pasta seafood combo thatd be loved by all! Enjoy and happy seafood cooking fellas!
