Ahi Fish Burgers Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Tuna Steaks
    1 Pounds
    Chopped
  • Onion
    1/2 Cups
    Chopped
  • Carrots
    1
    Grated
  • Chives
    1/2 Cups
    Chopped
  • Eggs
    2
  • Panko Bread Crumbs
    1/3 Cups
  • Garlic Salt and Black Pepper
    To Taste
  • Mayonnaise
    1 Tablespoons
  • Olive Oil
    1 Tablespoons

Preparation mode:

Steps to make Ahi Fish Burgers Recipe:
1) Take a bowl and mix together eggs, chives, onion, carrot, mayo and crumbs.
2) Add tuna to the bowl. Mix thoroughly throughout with your hands.
3) Mix in garlic salt and pepper to taste. Mix readily and form burger patty shapes out of the mixture.
4) Heat up oil in a skillet over moderate flame. Fry the patties in the oil for 20 minutes, giving 10 minutes to each side.
5) Serve inside hamburger buns with tomato slice and cheese toppings.

One of the tastiest burger patty recipes out there, this Ahi Fish Burgers Recipe. This was passed onto me by one of my colleagues in Japan. When I made these for my wife, she said these were the best fish burger patties she had ever tasted before. Serve in typical burger style with tomato slices and cheese inside hamburger buns.
