Rice Cooker Risotto Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Parmesan Cheese
    1 Cups
    Grated
  • Arborio Rice
    1.5 Cups
  • Hot Chicken Stock
    4.5 Cups

Preparation mode:

Steps to make Rice Cooker Risotto Recipe:
1) Fill a rice cooker with chicken stock.
2) Add rice to the cooker and coat well with the stock.
3) Start up the rice cooker and leave to cook until one cycle.
4) Keep the cover on the cooker on and wait for the rice to be tender, this should take about 10 minutes.
5) Once done, top with grated Parmesan Cheese and mix well. Serve hot!
