Potato Salmon Cakes Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes
    3
    Peeled, Shredded
  • Salt and Pepper
    To Taste
  • Eggs
    2
  • Italian Seasoning
    1 Teaspoons
  • Green Onions
    3
    Chopped
  • Salmon
    1/2 Pounds
    Pre Cooked and Flaked
  • Capers
    2 Tablespoons
  • Fresh Mushrooms
    3/4 Cups
    Sliced
  • Canned Banana Peppers
    3/4 Cups
    Chopped
  • Red Bell Pepper
    1
    Chopped

Preparation mode:

Steps to make Potato Salmon Cakes Recipe:
1) Add the potatoes to a bowl. Add salt, pepper, italian seasoning and eggs.
2) Add green onions, capers, red bell pepper, banana pepeprs, mushrooms, bread crumbs. Mix thoroughly.
3) Finally add in the Salmon. Toss readily to coat and mix. Use hands if necassary.
4) Form patty shapes out of the mixture.
5) Heat up oil in a deep skillet over moderate high flame.
6) Add the prepared patties to the hot oil and fry for 4 minutes per side.
