Glazed Country Ribs recipe

Ingredients:

  • Country Style Pork Ribs
    3 Pounds
  • Dried Rosemary
    1 Teaspoons
  • Salt and Pepper
    To Taste
  • Garlic
    6 Cloves
    Chopped
  • Worcestershire Sauce
    1 Tablespoons
  • Brown Sugar
    1/4 Cups
  • White Wine
    1/2 Cups
  • Vegetable Oil
    1/2 Cups
  • Pineapple Juice
    3/4 Cups

Preparation mode:

Steps to make Glazed Country Ribs Recipe:
1) Take a bowl and whisk together vegetable oil, brown sugar, white wine, worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary and pineapple juice.
2) Set up the ribs in a dish and pierce using a fork or knife.
3) Topt the ribs with half of the prepared bowl marinade. Cover the dish and refrigerate overnight.
4) Prepare the outdoor grill and heat it up to moderate. Slightly grease the grate.
5) Set the marinated ribs on the hot grate. Grill for 20 minutes ( 10 minutes for either side ) .
6) Baste with more marinade and cook for the same amount of time as in the previous step.
