Chicken Rice Pilaffe Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Poultry Seasoning
    1/2 Teaspoons
  • Salt and Pepper
    To Taste
  • Butter
    1/2 Cups
  • White Rice
    3 Cups
    Uncooked
  • Whole Chicken
    4 Pounds
    Cut into pieces

Preparation mode:

Steps to make Chicken Rice Pilaffe Recipe:
1) Fill a soup pot with chicken and water. Bring to a boil over moderate high flame.
2) Add salt, black pepper and poultry seasoning. Mix well and leave to boil for 60 minutes.
3) Prepare the baking oven and flame it up to the 180 degree Celsius mark.
4) Heat up butter in a skillet over low flame and fry the rice in it for 10 minutes.
5) Once done, transfer rice to a roasting pan and fill the pan with the boiled broth mixture.
6) Bake for half an hour in the preheated oven. Leave to stand for 5 minutes before serving hot!
