Salmon Ceviche Recipe

Ingredients:

  • White Sugar
    1/4 Teaspoons
  • Sea Salt
    To Taste
  • Chili Sauce
    1/2 Teaspoons
  • Lime Juice
    1/4 Cups
  • Black Pepper
    To Taste
  • Cumin Powder
    1/4 Teaspoons
  • Olive Oil
    1/4 Cups
  • Garlic
    1 Cloves
    Chopped
  • Red Onion
    1/41 Cups
    Chopped
  • Tomato
    1
    Diced
  • Cilantro
    2 Tablespoons
    Chopped
  • Avocado
    1
    Sliced
  • Salmon Fillets
    1 Pounds
    Sliced

Preparation mode:

Steps to make Salmon Ceviche Recipe:
1) Take a bowl and blend sugar, salt and chili paste with lime juice.
2) Add cumin and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
3) Add in the tomato, cilantro, onion, garlic and olive oil. Mix thoroughly.
4) Now add the salmon. Mix throughout and cover the bowl. Refrigerate for several hours.
5) Take the Salmon out, shaking off any excess liuid. Serve with avocado slices.
