Preparation mode:
Steps to make Korean BBQ Galbi Recipe:
1) Fill a stock pot with cold water and dip in the ribs.
2) Refrigerate the pot for 60 minutes. Drain well.
3) Take a bowl and mix together asian pear, onion and garlic. Add this to a food blender.
4) Blend until a smooth puree forms.
5) Transfer the puree to a bowl and whisk in black pepper, brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil and honey.
6) Add the ribs to the marinade. Cover and leave to marinate overnight.
7) Prepare the outdoor grill and heat it up to high. Also slightly grease the grill grate.
8) Add the marinated ribs to the grill grate and grill for 10 minutes per side.
