Ingredients:
- Albacore Tuna Steaks4
- Sesame Seeds2 Tablespoons
- Sugar6 Tablespoons
- Garlic1 ClovesChopped
- Green Onion1Chopped
- Ginger Root1 TeaspoonsChopped
- Sesame Oil2 Tablespoons
- Soy Sauce1/2 Cups
- Salt and PepperTo Taste

Steps to make Korean Marinating Sauce Recipe:
1) Use 4 tablespoons sugar to coat the albacore tuna steaks. Leave in the refrigerator for half an hour.
2) Heat up a skillet over moderate flameand fry the sesame seeds in it until just brown.
3) Take a bowl and mix together cooked sesame seeds, sugar, green onion, garlic soy sauce, ginger, salt, sesame oil and black pepper.
4) Add the steaks to the bowl mixture. Turn to coat and leave for a couple hours in the refrigerator.
5) Prepare the baking oven’s broiler.
6) Set the marinated steaks on baking sheet. Broil until the fish is well done!
