Ingredients:
- Halibut Fish1 Pounds
- Soy Sauce1 Tablespoons
- All Purpose Flour1 Tablespoons
- Oil for deep frying2 Cups
- Green Bell Pepper1Diced
- Onion1Diced
- Canned Pineapple Chunks8 Ounces
- White Sugar1.5 Tablespoons
- SaltTo Taste
- Ketchup3 Tablespoons
- Water1 Tablespoons
- Sesame Oil1 Teaspoons
- All Purpose Flour2 Teaspoons

Steps to make Sweet and Sour Fish Recipe:
1) Make sure you have the halibut cut in bite sized pieces.
2) Add the halibut to a bowl and mix with a tablespoon of flour and with soys sauce. Leave aside for half an hour.
3) Prepare oil in a deep fryer over high flame.
4) Once marinated, add the halibut into the hot oil of the deep fryer. Fry until just golden brown. Set aside.
5) Take a skillet and add pineapple, onion and green pepper to it. Stir fry for a minute over moderate flame.
6) Add in 2 teaspoons flour, water, ketchup, sesame oil, salt, sugar and pineapple juice. Stir thoroughly until creamy.
7) Serve the prepared sauce over the deep fried fish.
