This food has superpower due to which it attribute to high amount of a heart-healthy monounsaturated fatty acid which is called oleic acid. This is helpful in lowering the blood cholesterol and leads to prevent heart attack, stroke, and cancer like severe complications. Cranberries

Pumpkin seeds

Chia seeds
