Parmesan Sauce Fish Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Butter
    1 Teaspoons
  • Parmesan Cheese
    3/4 Cups
    Grated
  • Cod Fillets
    2 Pounds
  • Mayonnaise
    1/4 Cups
  • Butter
    1/3 Cups
  • Green Onion
    1/4 Cups
    Chopped
  • Lemon Juice
    3 Tablespoons
  • Salt and Pepper
    To Taste
  • Dried Dill Weed
    2 Teaspoons

Preparation mode:

Steps to make Parmesan Sauce Fish Recipe:
1) Set up the baking oven’s broiler and set the rack 6 inches away from the flame.
2) Layer aluminium foil on a baking dish and slightly grease with butter or cooking spray.
3) Set the fish up on the foil layered baking sheet.
4) Take a bowl and whisk together green onion, lemon juice, dill, salt, pepper, hot sauce, mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and 1/3 cup butter.
5) Broil the fish for 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
6) Once done, top the fish with the prepared Parmesan mixture. Broil for a couple more minutes.

Parmesan Sauce Fish Recipe is lightning fast, incredibly delicious and just simply wonderful! If you ask me and my wife, this has to go down in the list of our all time favorite fish meals. The Parmesan sauce made in this recipe is magical and wont rock with almost any type of seafood. Happy Cooking!
