Korean Saewoo Bokkeumbap Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Olive Oil
    2 Tablespoons
  • Carrots
    1
    Diced
  • Green Bell Peppers
    1/2
    Diced
  • Onion
    1/2
    Diced
  • Canned Kernel Corn
    8 Ounces
  • Garlic
    2 Cloves
    Sliced
  • Olive Oil
    1 Tablespoons
  • Eggs
    2
    Beaten
  • Cooked Rice
    4 Cups
  • Oyster Sauce
    2 Tablespoons
  • Soy Sauce
    2 Tablespoons
  • Butter
    1 Tablespoons
  • Salt
    To Taste
  • Butter
    1 Teaspoons
  • Eggs
    4

Preparation mode:

Steps to make Korean Saewoo Bokkeumbap Recipe:
1) Heat up a couple tablespoons of olive oil over moderate flame.
2) Add green bell pepper, followed by carrot. Stir fry until just tender.
3) Now add corn, garlic, onion and shrimp. Stir fry for 4-5 minutes time.
4) Turn the flame down to low and leave to simmer.
5) Meanwhile in another skillet, heat up a tablespoon of olive and beat in 2 eggs.
6) Scramble the eggs and cook for a couple of minutes.
7) Add the scrambled eggs mixture to the shrimp skillet. Toss and mix well with the vegetables and shrimp.
8) Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, butter, salt and rice. Toss thoroughly until rice are well coated.
9) In a saucepan, heat up 1 teaspoon butter over moderate flame.
10) Break an egg in the hot butter. Close the skillet lid and cook the egg until solid from the top ( About 2 minutes)
11) Repeat Step 10 with the remaining eggs.
12) Now serve the shrimp rice meal topped with the eggs cooked in the end.
