Kiwi Lime Pork Ribs recipe

Ingredients:

  • Kiwis
    2
    Peeled, Sliced
  • Cider Vinegar
    2 Tablespoons
  • White Sugar
    1/2 Cups
  • Lime Juice
    2 Tablespoons
  • Salt
    To Taste
  • Chili Powder
    2 Tablespoons
  • Cornstarch
    2 Tablespoons
  • Garlic
    1 Cloves
    Chopped
  • Country Style Pork Ribs
    3 Pounds

Preparation mode:

Steps to make Kiwi Lime Pork Ribs Recipe:
1) Prepare the baking oven up to the 205 degree Celsius mark.
2) Take a bowl and mix together chili powder, salt, lime juice, vinegar, kiwis, sugar, cornstarch and garlic.
3) Add the bowl mixture to a food blender. Blend until a fine sauce is made.
4) Set up the pork ribs on a baking sheet and top with the prepared kiwi sauce.
5) Cover with a aluminium foil. Dont seal though!
6) Bake in the preheated oven for an hour’s time or until soft.
