Steps to make Mixed Seafood Curry Recipe:
1) Heat up oil in a skillet over moderate high flame.
2) Add onion, garlic and ginger to the hot oil. Stir fry for a couple of minutes.
3) Stir in curry paste, folloed by lime juice, brown sugar and coconut milk.
4) Mix well and bring the mixture to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes.
5) Add salt to taste, followed by cilantro, asparagus, scallops and shrimp. Stir well and cook until the shrimp is cooked well.
