Microwave Risotto Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Chicken Broth
    3 Cups
    Hot
  • Salt and Pepper
    To Taste
  • Butter
    2 Tablespoons
  • Olive Oil
    2 Tablespoons
  • Yellow Onion
    1/2 Cups
    Chopped
  • White Rice
    1 Cups
    Uncooked
  • Parmesan Cheese
    1/4 Cups
    Grated

Preparation mode:

Steps to make Microwave Risotto Recipe:
1) Take a non stick skillet and in it, mix together salt, pepper and chicken broth.
2) Heat and bring the mixture to a simmer. Turn the flame down to low.
3) Add butter and olive oil to a microwave dish and heat up in the microwave for a couple minutes.
4) Add onion to the dish and coat well with the butter oil mixture.
5) Place the dish back in the microwave and cook for 4 more minutes.
6) Now add the uncooked rice to the dish and coat thoroughly with the onion oil mixture. Cook for 4 minutes in the microwave.
7) Now stir in the cooked chicken broth mixture. Mix well with the rice and cook for 9 minutes.
8) Once done, mix in Parmesan Cheese and serve!
