- Olive Oil1 Tablespoons

- Dried Dill Weed1 Teaspoons
- Sole Fillets2 of 6 ounce each

Steps to make Sole with Tomato Leek Sauce Recipe:
1) Heat up oil in a skillet over moderate flame. Add garlic and leeks. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
2) Stir in the white wine. Stir and bring to a simmer.
3) Add in the dill weed, tomatoes, thyme and chicken broth.
4) Mix thoroughly and then simmer until about half the liquid is gone.
5) Set up the sole fish fillets on the frying vegetables. Cover the skillet.
6) Leave to cook until the fish is well cooked and easily tearable with a fork.
