Ingredients:
- Water1 1/2 Cups
- Fresh Strawberries1/2 CupsHulled & Halved
- Quick-Cooking Tapioca1/4 Cups
Preparation mode:
1) Blend fresh strawberries with water in food processor or blender until sauce becomes smooth.
2) Pour the sauce in a saucepan and stir in quick-cooking tapioca. Let stand for 10 minutes and then over medium heat bring to a boil.
3) Stirring frequently and when the sauce is thick remove from heat.
4) Transfer the sauce into serving dish, top with strawberries and serve.

Footnotes:
Strawberry Tapioca will be a good treat in
summertime and diabetic patients will surely enjoy consuming it as it
doesn’t involve any sugar. With only three ingredients you can make this
simple strawberry pudding in less than 30 minutes. To increase the
flavors, top with fresh strawberries or strawberry icing.
