Shrimp Tempura Recipe

Ingredients:

  • All Purpose Flour
    1 Cups
  • Cornstarch
    2 Tablespoons
  • Salt
    Pinch
  • Water
    1 Cups
  • Egg Yolk
    1
  • Egg Whites
    2
  • Medium Shrimp
    1 Pounds
  • Vegetable Oil
    2 Cups

Preparation mode:

Steps to make Shrimp Tempura Recipe:
1) Prepare oil in a deep fryer over high flame.
2) Take a bowl and combine salt, cornstarch and flour. Mix well.
3) Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and add egg yolk and water to it.
4) Mix and beat thoroughly. Add in egg whites and mix readily!
5) Add shrimp to the bowl batter and coat thoroughly.
Note: Be careful not to coat the shrimp tails with the batter.
6) Once the oil is hot, fry the coated shrimp for 2 minutes.

This is a gem of a recipe. Shrimp Tempura Recipe tastes a thousand times better and tastier than the normal chicken or beef tempuras. Absolutely amazing!
