Ingredients:
- Pork Spareribs1 PoundsSliced into 3 inch pieces
- Vegetable Oil1 Tablespoons
- Ginger Root1 inch pieceSliced

- Cinnamon Powder1/2 Teaspoons
- Soy Sauce1.5 Tablespoons
- Water2 Cups
- White Sugar1 Teaspoons
- Salt and PepperTo Taste
- Rice Wine1 Teaspoons

Steps to make Chinese Braised Spare Ribs Recipe:
1) Fill a stock pot with water and bring to a boil over high flame.
2) Add the spareribs to the water and boil for 5 minutes time. Drain and set aside.
3) Heat up vegetable oil in a skillet over high flame.
4) Add green onions, cinnamon and ginger. Stir fry for a minute.
5) Add spareribs. Stir fry thoroughly for 5 minutes.
6) Add sugar, rice wine, soy sauce and water. Mix in salt and ground black pepper. Stir well.
7) Bring the mixture to a boil and turn the heat down to low. Cover the skillet.
8) Cook until the spareribs are well cooked, soft and tender.
