Ingredients:
- Dried Dill3 Tablespoons
- Olive Oil1/3 Cups
- White Wine Vinegar2 Tablespoons
- White Sugar3 Tablespoons
- Mustard Powder1 Teaspoons
- Tuna Steaks2
- Olive Oil1/2 Cups
- Lemon Juice1/2 Cups
Preparation mode:
Steps to make Grilled Tuna Steaks with Dill Sauce Recipe:
1) Take a resealable plastic bag and mix half cup olive oil in it with lemon juice.
2) Seal and shake. Add the tuna stakes to the bag and seal again. Refrigerate for some time.
3) Prepare the grill and set it up to high heat. Also slightly grease the grill grate.
4) Take a mixing bowl and whisk together vinegar, sugar, mustard powder, brown mustard and 1/3 cup olive oil.
5) Add dill to the bowla and mix thoroughly.
6) Take the marinated tuna out of the bowl and place on the hot grill grate.
7) Grill for 6 minutes, then turn the fish. Grill for 6 more minutes.
8) Once done, set the grilled fish on serving dishes and top with the prepared dill sauce to serve!
