Fried Cabbage with Turkey Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Togarashi
    1 dash
  • Salt and Pepper
    To Taste
  • Whole Cabbage
    1
    Chopped
  • Chicken Broth
    1/2 Cups
  • Yellow Onion
    1/4
    Sliced
  • Smoked Turkey Leg
    1/2
    Chopped
  • Olive Oil
    1/4 Cups

Preparation mode:

Steps to make Fried Cabbage with Turkey Recipe:
1) Heat up olive oil in a skillet over moderate flame.
2) Add turkey and stir fry in the hot oil for 2-3 minutes time.
3) Throw in the onion and stir fry along with the turkey for a minute.
4) Turn the flame down slightly and stir in chicken brown. Mix well and bring to a simmer.
5) Add cabbage and mix in salt and black pepper to taste, followed by togarashi.
6) Stir well and heat through until the cabbage turns soft.
7) Turn the flame down to low and cover the skillet using its lid. Cook for 3 more minutes.
