Buttery Cooked Carrots

Ingredients:

  • Carrots
    1 Pounds
  • Brown Sugar
    1/3 Cups
  • Margarine
    1/4 Cups

Preparation mode:

1) In a large pot, boil water and cook carrots into it until soften.
2) Leave fewer amount of liquid in pot and drain and then set aside carrots.
3) Stir in brown sugar and margarine into liquid and simmer until margarine melts.
4) Return carrots to pot and coat well. Cover it and let sit for few minutes and serve cooked carrots.
