3) Now, reserve about 2 cups of the water from the pot and drain the pasta. Set the pasta aside to let cool.
4) In a stock pot, add the reserved 2 cups of water.
5) Add the lobster halves to the water and bring to a boil over high flame.
6) Turn the flame down to moderate and leave to cook for around 4 minutes.
7) Drain and set the lobster aside to let cool.
8) Once cooled, peel and remove the lobster meat. Slice it up into bite sized pieces. Do not discard the lobster shells!
9) Heat up a couple tablespoons of butter in a non stick skillet over moderate flame.

13) Prepare the baking oven and flame it up to the 180 degree Celsius mark.
14) In a new non stick skillet heat up 5 tablespoons of butter over flame slightly lower than moderate.
15) Add flour and stir fry with the butter until just brown. This should take anywhere between 8-10 minutes.
16) Add the milk to the flour skillet, bit by bit, stirring well. Cook until smooth and creamy.
17) Add Romano Cheese, Cheddar Cheese and Gruyere cheese to the milk mixture skillet. Heat through and blend well.
