Ingredients:
- Butter2 Tablespoons
- Salmon Strips10 Ounces
- Leek1Sliced
- Red Onion1Sliced

- Light Cream3/4 Cups
- Sour Cream3/4 Cups
- Cornstarch1/2 Tablespoons
- Lemon Zest2 Tablespoons
- Black Pepper1/2 Teaspoons
- Paprika Powder1/2 Teaspoons
- Parmesan Cheese1/4 CupsGrated
- Fettucine Noodles8 Ounces
Preparation mode:
Steps to make Fettucine with Salmon Sauce Recipe:
1) Heat up butter in a skillet over moderate flame.
2) Throw in garlic, onion, leek and Salmon. Stir fry together for a couple of minutes.
3) Take a bowl and whisk together sour cream, cornstarch and cream.
4) Add the whisked sauce into the skillet.
5) Mix in paprika powder, black pepper and lemon zest. Stir thoroughly and cook until the sauce is creamy and thick.
Note: Once done, the Salmon should be well cooked.
6) Fill a stock pot with water and bring to a boil over high flame.
7) Add the fettucine pasta to the boiling water and turn the flame down to moderate. Boil for about 12 minutes time. Drain and set aside to let cool.
8) Add the boiled pasta to the Salmon sauce skillet. Toss well and heat through.
9) Top with Parmesan Cheese and serve hot!
