- Lemon Juice3 Tablespoons
- Lemon PepperTo Taste
- Dill WeedTo Taste
- Butter1/2 Cups
- Haddock Fillets1 Pounds

Steps to make Lemon Pepper Dill Fish Recipe:
1) Set up the Haddock fillets in a microwave proof dish.
2) Slice the butter into bite sized or small pieces and top over the fish evenly.
3) Sprinkle lemon pepper and dill weed all over the fish and butter.
4) Top with lemon juice and cover the dish.
5) Set the microwave oven on high and cook the fish for about 5 minutes time. Once done, the fish should be soft and fully white.
