Steps to make Clams Casino Recipe:
1) Heat up a skillet over moderate flame and fry the bacon in it.
2) Once crispy, crumble the bacon and leave aside.
3) Wash and rinse the clams thoroughly and set them up on a baking sheet.
4) Heat up an oven to 180 degree Celsius and bake the clams for a couple of minutes.
5) Take the meat out of the shells. Mince the meat and leave aside.
6) Add butter and a couple tablespoons of oil to a skillet over moderate flame.
7) Throw in pepper, garlic and onion. Stir fry until soft
8) Take a bowl and mix together bacon, oregano, bread crumbs, cheese, and chopped clam meat.
9) Add the fried vegetables to the bowl and mix well throughout.
10) Your clam mixture is ready, now fill them clam shells with this mixture and set up on the baking sheet.
11) Sprinkle paprika powder and chopped parsley over the shells and top with some oil.
12) Bake for 8-10 minutes in the preheated oven and serve!
