Preparation mode:
Steps to make Creamy Saffron Shrimp Recipe:
1) Heat up butter in a skillet over moderate flame just until it melts.
2) Add mushrooms and onions. Pour in brown sugar. Stir fry for about 10 minutes time.
3) Set up the cooked onions aside.
4) Fill a stock pot with slightly salted water and bring to a boil over high flame.
5) Add pasta to the boiling water and boil for 3-4 minutes time. Drain and set aside.
6) Heat up a skillet and add shrimp over moderate high flame.
7) Stir fry the shrimp until evenly pink. This should take around 3-5 minutes time.
8) Now add in the cooked onions, paprika, saffron and sour cream. Mix and stir over flame. Bring to a simmet.
9) Add in the boiled pasta and sprinkle salt to taste. Mix and toss well.
10) Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with Parmesan Cheese and basil to serve!
