Ingredients:
- Veal1 PoundsMinced
- Butter2 Tablespoons
- All Purpose Flour4 Tablespoons
- Milk1/2 Cups
- Chicken Broth1/2 Cups
- Paprika Powder1/2 Teaspoons
- Worcestershire Sauce1 Teaspoons
- Salt and PepperTo Taste
- Curry Powder1 Teaspoons
- Chili Powder1/2 Teaspoons
- Parsley1 TeaspoonsChopped
- Oil for deep frying1 Cups
- Bread Crumbs1.5 Cups
- Water2 Tablespoons
- All Purpose Flour1/2 Cups
- Eggs1
Preparation mode:
1) Heat up a skillet over moderate flame. Add the minced veal and stir fry for a couple of minutes. Leave aside.
2) Heat up butter in a non stick skillet over moderate flame. Mix in flour and stir for a couple minutes.
3) Mix in milk and chicken broth. Stir over flame until thick and creamy.
4) Add in the fried veal, followed by curry powder, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and parsley. Blend all items thoroughly together.
5) Stir readily until firmly heated through. Leave aside to let cool.
6) Once the mixture is no longer warm, shape it into cylindrical shapes.
7) Take a bowl and whisk together water and egg. Layer up a tray with bread crumbs.
8) Coat the croquettes with the flour, then with the egg batter and then with the bread crumbs. Repeat the coating for more crispiness.
9) Heat up oil in a skillet over moderate high flame.
10) Once the oil is hot, add the croquettes and fry until evenly brown throughout. You may also deep fry them.
11) Layer up serving dish with tissue paper. Set the fried croquettes on the tissue paper layered dish. Serve!
