Greek Meatballs Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Oil for frying
  • Lemon Juice
    1/4 Cups
  • White Potatoes
    5
    Peeled
  • Minced Beef
    2 Pounds
  • Onion
    1
    Grated
  • Bread Crumbs
    3/4 Cups
  • Parsley
    1 Cups
    Chopped
  • Dried Mint
    1/3 Cups
    Crushed
  • Cinnamon Powder
    1/2 Teaspoons
  • Lemon Zest
    Of 1 Lemon
  • Salt and Pepper
    To Taste
  • Eggs
    2
    Beaten

Preparation mode:

1) Prepare a deep fryer and heat up oil in it over high flame.
2) Take a bowl and pour in lemon juice.
3) Grate the potatoes and add into the lemon juice bow. Stir readily.
4) Mix in the bread crumbs, onion, ground beef, mint, cinnamon, parsley, eggs, lemon zest.
5) Add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly using your hands.
6) Make meatball shapes out of the mixture and fry in the hot oil. Give 6 minutes to each meatball, stirring well.

Me and my brother are massive meatball maniacs and we love experimenting around with different meatball dishes! These Greek Meatballs Recipe are made from mashed potatoes which give them a stunning flavor and touch when compared to other meatball dishes you'd normally have. Its more of a Cyprian and Greek combo! Yum over rice!
