Ingredients:
- Oil for frying
- Lemon Juice1/4 Cups
- White Potatoes5Peeled
- Minced Beef2 Pounds
- Onion1Grated
- Bread Crumbs3/4 Cups
- Parsley1 CupsChopped
- Dried Mint1/3 CupsCrushed
- Cinnamon Powder1/2 Teaspoons
- Lemon ZestOf 1 Lemon
- Salt and PepperTo Taste
- Eggs2Beaten
Preparation mode:
1) Prepare a deep fryer and heat up oil in it over high flame.
2) Take a bowl and pour in lemon juice.
3) Grate the potatoes and add into the lemon juice bow. Stir readily.
4) Mix in the bread crumbs, onion, ground beef, mint, cinnamon, parsley, eggs, lemon zest.
5) Add salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly using your hands.
6) Make meatball shapes out of the mixture and fry in the hot oil. Give 6 minutes to each meatball, stirring well.
