Miso Soy Chilean Sea Bass Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Green Onion
    2 Tablespoons
    Chopped
  • Sea Bass Fillets
    4 of 4 ounce each
  • Miso Paste
    1/3 Cups
  • Brown Sugar
    1/4 Cups
  • Soy Sauce
    3 Tablespoons
  • Mirin
    1/3 Cups
  • Sake
    1/3 Cups

Preparation mode:

Steps to make Miso Soy Chilean Sea Bass Recipe:
1) Take a bowl and mix together brown sugar, soy sauce, mirin, sake and miso paste.
2) Now take a plastic resealable bag and place the fish inside it.
3) Add the marinade to the bag and seal it. Shake to coat the fish thoroughly with the marinade.
4) Refrigerate the bag for several hours. Once done, set up the marinated fish on a baking sheet.
5) Set up the baking oven’s broiler and place the baking sheet on the oven rack which is about 6 inches from the flame.
6) Bake the fish for about 10 minutes time. Garnish with green onions and serve!
