White Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients:

  • Cream Cheese
    8 Ounces
  • Chopped White Chocolate
    12 Ounces
  • Confectioners' Sugar
    4 Cups
  • Chopped Pecans
    3/4 Cups
  • Vanilla Extract
    1 1/2 Teaspoons

Preparation mode:

1) Prepare one 8*8 inch baking dish with grease and beat together vanilla extract, cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar in a bowl.
2) Heat the white chocolate over lightly simmering water in the top of double boiler. Keep stirring until chocolate melted.
3) Fold in chopped pecans and melted chocolate mixture into cream cheese mixture and evenly spread into prepared baking dish.
4) Let the batter chill for 1 hour and cut into squares.
