Ingredients:
- Bittersweet Chocolate, Chopped9 Ounces
- Heavy Cream1 Cups
- Dark Rum1 Tablespoons
Preparation mode:
1) Over medium heat, heat the heavy cream in wok or saucepan and bring a boil.
2) In a medium bowl place the copped chocolate and pour boiled cream over it and beat until smooth.
3) Stir in the dark rum if needed and let Chocolate Ganache cool before frosting or filling. For icing let the Ganache cool for more time as it will be thicker then to whip over cake.
