Ingredients:
- Dry Penne Pasta16 Ounces
- Grated Parmesan Cheese1/3 Cups
- Olive Oil4 Tablespoons
- Minced Garlic1 Teaspoons
Preparation mode:
1) In a large pot of lightly salted boiled water, cook penne pasta in it for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente and drain properly.
2) Sauté garlic in saucepan with small amount of oil and then mix remaining olive oil, garlic and pasta in a small bowl.
