Ingredients:
- Swordfish Steaks1.5 Pounds
- Soy Sauce1/4 Cups
- Dry White Wine1/4 Cups
- Ginger Root1 TeaspoonsChopped
- Mustard1 Tablespoons

- Sesame Oil1 Tablespoons
- Lemon Juice1/4 Cups
- Olive Oil3 Tablespoons
- Arugula4 CupsChopped
- Lemon Juice3 Tablespoons

Preparation mode:
Steps to make Grilled Stuffed Swordfish Recipe:
1) Rinse the sword fish under luke warm water and pat dry using paper towels.
2) Transfer the fish to a baking dish.
3) Take a bowl and whisk together soy sauce, white wine, ginger, garlic, sesame oil, olive oil, mustard and lemon juice.
4) Top the baking dish fish with the prepared sauce and refrigerate over night.
5) Take the swordfish out of the marinade and make pockets in it using a sharp knife.
6) Take a new bowl and mix together some olive oil, lemon juice, tomato and arugula.
7) Stuff each swordfish steak with the arugula mixture and seal the pockets with toothpicks.
8) Add the reserved marinade to a non stick skillet and heat up over high flame.
9) Heat up a grill to high heat and slightly grease the grate.
10) Gril the stuffed swordfish steaks for about 10 minutes, giving 5 minutes to either side.
11) Serve each steak in individual platters topped with the heated marinade sauce.
