Kickin Fried Fish Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Butter
    2 Teaspoons
  • Olive Oil
    1.5 Tablespoons
  • Salt and Pepper
    To Taste
  • Red Pepper Flakes
    2 Pinch
  • Blackened Seasoning
    1 Teaspoons
  • Garlic
    2 Teaspoons
    Chopped
  • Onion
    2 Teaspoons
    Roasted and Flaked
  • Seasoned Bread Crumbs
    1/2 Cups
  • Milk
    1/3 Cups
  • Eggs
    1
  • Tilapia Fillets
    1 Pounds

Preparation mode:

Steps to make Kickin Fried Fish Recipe:
1) Take a bowl and whisk together egg and milk.
2) Take another bowl and mix onion flakes, bread crumbs, and garlic. Add red pepper flakes, salt and pepper and blackened seasoning. Mix well and set aside.
3) Coat the Tilapia fillets with the egg mixture and then with the prepared bread crumb mixture.
4) Once all fillets are coated, set them up on a baking sheet and refrigerate for about 20 minutes time.
5) Heat up butter and olive oil in a frying pan over moderate flame.
6) Add the marinated fillets to the hot skillet and fry until evenly brown on both sides. This should take about 6 minutes.
7) Soak the fish in tissue papers to let absorb the extra oil. Serve!

Kickin Fried Fish Recipe is absolutely kicking! A deliciously spiced fried fish meal which will leave your tastebuds craving for more. I served this as a side dish meal at my son's birthday and everybody inquired about the recipe! Brilliant stuff, the cooking time is just 10 minutes!
