How to Balance Your Diet

It always puts a good effect on your health if you eat balanced diet because you need to get essential nutrients, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants which prevent you from many diseases naturally. Relying just on snacks and fast food won’t be a good idea because with the change of weather and climate you need to add different vegetables, fruits, nuts, grains and high in protein foods. There are few super foods which are readily available whole year but the effectiveness works more in top season. In summers you need to incorporate such foods that keep you hydrated and prevent you from sunburn as well. On the other hand in winters you need to eat dry fruits along with other diet to keep you warm throughout the season. However, along with seasonal diet there are few super foods which play a vital role in boosting your health effectively.
1) Milk: Besides water and juices, milk is the key source of keeping you hydrated both in summers and winters in addition to provide its healthy compounds. Milk contains high level of calcium a key to making bones strong. Milk is the primary diet for children and a good source for old people as well. One glass of milk with one apple or with few almond nuts in breakfast is very effective way of boosting immune system.
2) Meat: Protein is an essential part of building and maintaining the skin, blood, bones, muscles, hair texture and tissues. Meat of different animals is very rich in protein and incorporating meat in your diet with vegetables has more effect on health. Meat provides you required energy physically and improves brain function as well.
3) Fish: Fish is the only super food which contains high level of omega-3 fatty acids and good amount of vital minerals and vitamins. Eating fish on regular basis keeps you away from many diseases like cancer, heart and brain. Eating fish with rice and boiled vegetables is a good meal to have good value of healthy nutrients.
4) Vegetables and Fruits: Along with meat, fish, milk and eggs, vegetables and fruits are good source of health boosting nutrients, minerals, vitamins and antioxidants. They provide dietary fiber which prevents heart from diseases and reduces cholesterol level from blood. Vitamin A, C, E and potassium, folate, iron, zinc and many other nutrients reduce the risk of cancers and boost immunity. Boiled and cooked vegetables are more effective than eating raw.
5) Nuts: Nuts like almonds, walnuts, peas, beans and other nuts can be good snack in a balanced diet. Nuts contain unsaturated fatty acids, fiber and other nutrients which strengthen your heart by lowering cholesterol level from body.
