Ingredients:
- Butter1/4 Cups
- Garlic3 ClovesChopped
- Medium Shrimp1.5 PoundsPeeled and Deveined
- Tequila4 Tablespoons
- Lime Juice3 Tablespoons
- SaltTo Taste
- Chili PowderTo Taste
- Cilantro1/4 CupsChopped
- Lime Wedges1 Lime
Preparation mode:
1) Heat up butter in a skillet over moderate flame.
2) Throw in the garlic and stir fry for half a minute.
3) Next up, add the shrimp and stir fry with the garlic for a few minutes or until pink.
4) Stir in lime juice and tequila. Stir well and mix in salt and chili powder to taste.
5) Mix well and leave to simmer. Give a maximum of 5 minutes to this step.
6) Serve the shrimps on a serving platter and garnish with cilantro and lime wedges.
