Ingredients:
- Cornmeal1 Cups
- Cayenne Pepper2 Teaspoons
- Paprika Powder2 Teaspoons
- Onion Powder1 Teaspoons
- Olive Oil1/3 Cups
- Milk1 Cups
- Garlic4 ClovesChopped
- Catfish Fillets4
Preparation mode:
1) Take a bowl and mix together onion powder, paprika powder, cayenne pepper and cornmeal.
2) Layer up a sheet with waxed paper. Top with the prepared cornmeal mixture.
3) Take a bowl and add milk to it. Dip the catfish into the milk and then in the cornmeal mixture. Leave aside.
4) Once the skillet is hot, add garlic to it and fry for a minute.
5) Add the coated catfish to the skillet and fry for 10 minutes, giving 5 minutes to either side.
6) Once done, season the fish with salt to taste and cook on both sides for a few more minutes.
